Progressive Phytoberry Frozen Yogurt
This quick, easy, and SUPER-yummy smoothie is a great way to keep cool and healthy - it comes together in just five minutes, and contains the nutritional equivalent of about nine servings of fruit!!
- 1 cup yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
- 1/4 cup berries
- 1 scoop Progressive Phytoberry
- Combine all of the ingredients together in a blender (or in a high-sided bowl if you're using an immersion blender).
- Blend together until smooth.
- If you can stand the wait, freeze for 1-3 hours for optimal consistency.
