Progressive Phytoberry Frozen Yogurt

This quick, easy, and SUPER-yummy smoothie is a great way to keep cool and healthy – it comes together in just five minutes, and contains the nutritional equivalent of about nine servings of fruit!!

  • 1 cup yogurt (or non-dairy yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup berries
  • 1 scoop Progressive Phytoberry
  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a blender (or in a high-sided bowl if you’re using an immersion blender).
  2. Blend together until smooth.
  3. If you can stand the wait, freeze for 1-3 hours for optimal consistency.
  4. Enjoy!
