Lemon Spiked Kombucha Iced Tea
Here’s a delightful tea that gives you all the benefits of kombucha tea without having to make the probiotic mixture from scratch. Simply make your favourite black tea and Botanica will do the rest with their special blended Botanica Daily Gut Shot.

6 cups
Ingredients
  • 6 cups distilled water
  • 6 orange pekoe tea bags
  • 4 strips of lemon zest about 1" long
  • fresh mint
  • honey (to taste)
  • 4 tsp Botanica Daily Gut Shot (4 tsp. for each serving)

Ingredients
  • 6 cups distilled water
  • 6 orange pekoe tea bags
  • 4 strips of lemon zest about 1" long

  • honey (to taste)
  • 4 tsp Botanica Daily Gut Shot (4 tsp. for each serving)
Instructions
  1. Boil water and transfer to a large teapot with tea bags and lemon zest.
  2. Allow to steep for 10 minutes. Remove bags. Stir in mint and honey to taste, and refrigerate.
  3. When chilled and ready to serve, pour 1 (250 mL) tea into a mug. Add 4 tsp (20 mL) Botanica Daily Gut Shot and stir in. Serve chilled.
