Bremner's Strawberry Chia Seed Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl using Bremner's frozen strawberries is ready in only a matter of minutes! The perfect go-to breakfast, it's energizing, filling, and of course, delicious.

  • 1 cup Bremner's Frozen Strawberries
  • 3 tbsp almond or oat milk
  • 1 ripe banana


  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • shredded coconut (optional)
  • hemp seeds {optional)
  • granola {optional)
  • sliced fresh fruit (optional)


  • In a blender, add frozen strawberries, banana and almond/ oat milk, Blend on low until there's a smooth consistancy. If the mixture is too thick, add more almond milk slowly. If it's too thin, add more frozen berries.
  • Scoop the mixture into serving bowls and top with chia seeds and other desired topings. Serve immediately & enjoy!
