Bremner's Strawberry Chia Seed Smoothie Bowl
This smoothie bowl using Bremner's frozen strawberries is ready in only a matter of minutes! The perfect go-to breakfast, it's energizing, filling, and of course, delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Bremner's Frozen Strawberries
- 3 tbsp almond or oat milk
- 1 ripe banana
Toppings
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- shredded coconut (optional)
- hemp seeds {optional)
- granola {optional)
- sliced fresh fruit (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, add frozen strawberries, banana and almond/ oat milk, Blend on low until there's a smooth consistancy. If the mixture is too thick, add more almond milk slowly. If it's too thin, add more frozen berries.
- Scoop the mixture into serving bowls and top with chia seeds and other desired topings. Serve immediately & enjoy!
