Theo No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars

These easy-to-make and easier-to-eat Theo Chocolate no-bake peanut butter chocolate bars only require 5 basic ingredients, many of which you probably already have! These creamy, decadent and rich bars are the perfect go-to for those who love the colossal combination of peanut butter and chocolate.

Chocolate topping

  • 4 (85g) Pure 70% Dark Theo Chocolate Bars
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter

Peanut butter layer

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup room temperature unsalted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs


Peanut butter layer

  • Line a 9"x13" (or 2 8"x8") baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the room temperature butter and peanut butter and mix with until well integrated. Once combined, add in the powdered sugar and continue mixing until that too is fully combined.
  • Add the graham cracker crumbs to the mixture ½ cup at a time, and stir it in until fully combined.
  • Transfer the peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking pan(s) and smooth it down into one even layer. Set aside.

Chocolate topping

  • Chop the Theo Chocolate bars into small pieces. Add the chocolate and ¼ cup peanut butter to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20 to 30 seconds at a time, stirring well after each bout to avoid burning. Microwave until completely melted and smooth. 
  • Layer the melted chocolatey mixture in the baking pan on top of the peanut butter layer, and spread until even.
  • Cover with a lid or with foil and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the bars are firm and the chocolate topping is set.
  • Slice into your desired amount of pieces, and enjoy! You can eat these bars immediately, or store them in the freezer for later enjoyment!
