  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup Nuts to You Hazelnut Butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup Nuts to You Hazelnut Butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 f. While the oven is heating, add all ingredinets to your electric mixer and mix till combined.
  2. Lay parchment paper on a baking tray; add spoonfuls of dough to the tray, spaced about two inches apart. Flatten each cookie with the back of a wet spoon.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes and then let cool about 10 minutes.
