Gluten/Grain-Free Hazelnut Cookies
Delicious grain-free hazelnut cookies are a breeze to whip up and make a super delicious high protein treat. We recommend using Nuts to You Hazelnut butter for a rich and perfectly textured cookie.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup Nuts to You Hazelnut Butter
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 f. While the oven is heating, add all ingredinets to your electric mixer and mix till combined.
- Lay parchment paper on a baking tray; add spoonfuls of dough to the tray, spaced about two inches apart. Flatten each cookie with the back of a wet spoon.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes and then let cool about 10 minutes.
