Nuts to You Cashew Berry Smoothie

Delicious, nutritious and near-instant to make! It’s a quick, high-protein smoothie that will power you through your morning.

  • 1 cup milk or non-dairy alternative
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, blueberries or other fruit
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tbsp Nuts to You Organic Cashew Butter (add more to taste!)
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Puree until smooth and well blended, about 30 seconds
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
