This simple smoothie recipe uses Bremner’s frozen blueberries, fresh spinach, plant-based milk and yogurt for a healthy and delicious breakfast or snack.

Bremner Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup Bremner's frozen blueberry
 - ¾ cup Unsweetened soy, rice or almond milk
 - ½ cup Fresh spinach leaves, packed
 - ¼ cup Plain yogurt
 - 1 tbsp Maple syrup optional
 - 2 tsp Ground flax seeds
 
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the cup or jar of a blender.
 - Blend on high until smooth.
 - Pour into 1 or 2 glasses and serve.
