Bremner's frozen blueberry

Unsweetened soy, rice or almond milk

Fresh spinach leaves, packed

Plain yogurt

Instructions
Add all ingredients to the cup or jar of a blender.
Blend on high until smooth.
Pour into 1 or 2 glasses and serve.
