Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Bremner's frozen blueberry
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened soy, rice or almond milk
  • ½ cup Fresh spinach leaves, packed
  • ¼ cup Plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup optional
  • 2 tsp Ground flax seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the cup or jar of a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour into 1 or 2 glasses and serve.
