Bremner’s Frozen Blueberry Smoothie

This simple smoothie recipe uses Bremner’s frozen blueberries, fresh spinach, plant-based milk and yogurt for a healthy and delicious breakfast or snack.

Bremner Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup Bremner's frozen blueberry
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened soy, rice or almond milk
  • ½ cup Fresh spinach leaves, packed
  • ¼ cup Plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 tsp Ground flax seeds
  1. Add all ingredients to the cup or jar of a blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth.

  3. Pour into 1 or 2 glasses and serve.
