Bremner's Blueberry Basil Smoothie Recipe
Whether as breakfast on-the-go or a midday pick-me-up, this smoothie recipe is sure to satisfy. With a good dose of antioxidant rich Bremner’s blueberries, protein packed nuts, and fibre rich greens, this smoothie is sure to fuel you up for whatever your day brings.
- 1 cup Bremner's Frozen Blueberries
- ½ avocado, pitted
- 5-7 large bay leaves
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 handful greens, such as spinach or kale
- ½ cup Bremner's blueberry juice
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately garnished with additional Bremner’s Frozen Blueberries and basil leaves, if desired. Enjoy!
