Bremner’s Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Eating healthier can be easy and certainly is delicious! A great way to kick start your day with loads and loads of fruit!

Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup Bremner’s Organic Berry Blend
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 3 tbsp almond or coconut milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Optional!)

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • granola (Optional!)
  • fresh fruit (Optional!)
  • chopped nuts (Optional)
  1. Blend frozen fruit and banana till thick and velvety
  2. Add milk of choice and protein powder if desired. Blend until combined.
  3. Scoop into a bowl and add toppings!
