Bremner’s Fruit Smoothie Bowl
Eating healthier can be easy and certainly is delicious! A great way to kick start your day with loads and loads of fruit!
Smoothie Bowl
- 1 cup Bremner’s Organic Berry Blend
- 1 small ripe banana
- 3 tbsp almond or coconut milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Optional!)
Toppings
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- granola (Optional!)
- fresh fruit (Optional!)
- chopped nuts (Optional)
- Blend frozen fruit and banana till thick and velvety
- Add milk of choice and protein powder if desired. Blend until combined.
- Scoop into a bowl and add toppings!
