- 1 can Raincoast Trading Skipjack Tuna (142 g)
- 1/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped broccoli
- 3 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1-2 english cucumbers
Options for garnish
- fresh parsley chopped
- sweet paprika
- Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise, and seed them.
- Combine the tuna, carrots, celery, broccoli, yogurt, and mayonnaise together in a bowl, and mix well.
- Add optional garnish, and enjoy!
