This easy Cranberry Sauce will perfectly round out your next holiday meal!
- 12 oz cranberries
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- zest from one orange
- On medium heat, warm the orange juice and then stir in the sugar until it dissolves.
- Stir in the cranberries and orange zest, and cook until the berries start to pop (about 10 minutes).
- Remove from heat, and place the sauce in a bowl. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
