Quick Pickled Dill Green Beans
Fresh and tangy, these quick pickled beans are the perfect way to enjoy locally grown green beans from HOPE Farms.

- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pickling spice
- 1 clove garlic
Combine dill and green beans in a medium bowl.
Combine vinegar and the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, and cook 1 minute or until sugar and salt dissolve. Pour over bean mixture. Let stand 2 hours. Drain or serve with a slotted spoon.
