Ingredients
  • 1cup milk or non-dairy alternative
  • 1cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, blueberries or other fruit
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2tbsp Nuts to You Organic Cashew Butteradd more to taste!
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Puree until smooth and well blended, about 30 seconds
