Ingredients
  • 2tbsp Flora Flax Oil
  • 4tbsp organic Greek yogurt
  • 3g Acerola Powder
  • 5g Elderberry Crystals
  • 1cup frozen blueberries or raspberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 1cup almond or coconut milk
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients, blend until smooth.
