Bremner’s Fruit Smoothie Bowl

  • 1cup Bremner’s Organic Berry Blend
  • 1small ripe banana
  • 3tbsp almond or coconut milk
  • 1scoop vanilla protein powderOptional!
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1tbsp shredded coconut
  • granolaOptional!
  • fresh fruitOptional!
  • chopped nutsOptional
  1. Blend frozen fruit and banana till thick and velvety
  2. Add milk of choice and protein powder if desired. Blend until combined.
  3. Scoop into a bowl and add toppings!
